Kelsey Oseid is an author, illustrator, and visual artist working primarily in gouache on paper. Born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Kelsey is the author and illustrator of numerous books with Ten Speed Press including the bestselling What We See in the Stars: An Illustrated Tour of the Night Sky. Other clients include H&M, The Wall Street Journal, eeBoo, and Tattly.

Kelsey lives in a little house with husband Nick, son Aiden, and cats Jamie and Fiona.
